Your wedding is a very special time in your life and we understand
how important it is for everything to be perfect. You will
spend hours of time, thought, and money making it just the
way you always wanted it. This is why we do not offer "packages".
Every wedding and every bride is unique. We design your flowers
for your wedding!
Alicia Solop
Alicia has been in the floral industry for 25 years. Working
as a manager and head designer for many successful companies.
She is now happy to be the co-owner of Wedding Flowers &
Events. Her specialty and first love is wedding design but
she has extensive experience with corporate events and special
occasions work. She has a staff of professionals that she
calls on as needed to help her create works of floral art.
"My real interest is in helping each and every bride
have a wonderful wedding," said Alicia, " I work
hard to listen and understand each brides vision. Then we
turn that vision into reality. I am involved with every wedding
because it is important to me that every bride has my personal
attention."

Alicia has created floral events for many corporate clients
and organizations, including South Fork Ranch, Macy's Department
Stores, Mikasa, North Dallas Womans Club, and the Texas River
Boat Queen.
Kathy Reid
Kathy provides the business direction for the company. She
has a total understanding of what today's bride wants. Her
articles have been published on websites nationwide. Kathy
created the helpful articles on this and other websites and
she publishes a monthly newsletter just for brides. Kathy
began her career in fashion and advertising but quickly found
a niche in the wedding industry with her many talents.
"Today's bride is sophisticated. She may not know the
names of flowers but she has a clear vision of what she wants
her wedding experience to be like. We listen, learn and ask
questions until we totally understand her vision. This allows
us to create a flower theme that helps make her wedding dreams
come true," said Kathy.
In addition to Wedding Flowers & Events Kathy is the
majority partner in Heller & Reid Bouquet Preservation
and Wedding and Bridal Jewelry. Kathy is a member of the countries
leading wedding organizations, including: The Association
of Bridal Consultants, The Association of Wedding Professionals,
The Floral Freeze Dry Association, Wedding Entrepreneurs of
Distinction, The Association for Wedding Professionals International
and the Wedding Guild. Kathy has received a number of rewards
including The Award of Excellence from the Bridal Extravaganza,
Inc., the largest bridal show in the United States.
